Thai Pepper Appetizers

 

1. Sampler - Sample of 2 of each: Thai spring roll, chicken satay, tea rose, fresh basil roll & shrimp in the blanket. $10.95
2. Thai Spring Roll (3 pcs) or Jay Spring Roll (vegetarian) - Cabbage, carrot, clear noodle with or without ground chicken wrapped in spring roll skin and fried. Served with plum sauce. $3.95
3. Satay (5 skewers) - Chicken breast marinated in coconut milk with a hint of Thai spices. Pan-fried and served on bamboo skewers to be dipped in peanut sauce and cucumber relish. $6.95
4. Tea Rose (Shu Mai 6 pcs) - Ground pork, shrimp, and bamboo shoot wrapped in wonton skin and steamed. Served with sweet soya garlic sauce. $6.95
5. Fresh Basil Rolls (2 pcs - not fried) - Boiled shrimp, lettuce, carrot, and basil leaves. Wrapped in soft spring roll skin, served with peanut bean sauce. $3.95
